Who are we?
We're a one-stop supplier of wholesale foodservice solutions for businesses large and small.

How do I join?
Campbells is open to all ABN holders. Membership is FREE! Just register HERE and bring in a copy of your ID for reference when you next visit your Campbells store.


GETTING STARTED

How do I register for online shopping?
Simply fill out the registration form here and a customer number will be emailed to you. You can start shopping straight away.

Already registered to use the Campbells website? 
There’s no need to re-register on our new website if you already have an existing login. Simply click on the Login button and click Forgotten Password. You’ll be prompted to enter your customer ID number and be sent a link to your nominated email address, where you can reset your password. Once that’s done, you’ll all set to start shopping.If you do not receive the email with the link included, please contact your local store (here) and they will assist you.

Shopping lists – how to create and save?
The shopping list function can be utilised once you’ve registered and logged in to the website. Simply place all items in your basket, then pick the "save to Shopping List" button. To checkout using the shopping list, simply click on the trolley icon or the "Add to basket” button in the open shopping list view. There’s no limit to the number of shopping lists you create and you can name them all to suit your business needs.

How to upload order forms? 
You can save time by creating your own shopping list/order form to upload directly to the Campbells website by using the Order Form functionality. Simply create your order form by scanning products in line with your standard business process and export the file to your computer. The file can then be uploaded direct to the Campbells website, by visiting the Order Form page on the site and upload your document by following the prompts. The uploaded form will automatically populate within the website basket and you’ll be able to: populate within the basket

1.       Update and add other items to your order as required

2.       Proceed to check out 

3.       Save as a Shopping List for future/ongoing use

How do I view my shopping history?
You can view up to 90 days of orders in your Accounts under the "Order History" tab on the left of your account screen. If you are already logged in, click here to be directed to your order history.

You can also view your Invoices in the Reports Tab here by selecting the time frame you wish to search.

What are the minimum requirements to view/use this website?
This site is best viewed in browsers such as Chrome v38 , Firefox v33, Safari v7 or Internet Explorer v11.

How do I reset my password?
No problem, just follow these simple steps to reset it.
1. Choose "Forgot Password" from login screen here.
2. Enter your 10 digit Customer ID. You will then receive a password reset email to your nominated address. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you have not received an email with the password reset with in 15minutes, please contact your local store and update your email address.
3. Follow instructions to reset!

How do I find my Customer ID number?
NOTE: You can find your Customer ID number on your welcome email.

If you don't have that, here are other ways to find your Customer ID
1. Choose "Forgot Customer ID" here.
a. Enter email address you registered.
b. Check your email inbox for Customer ID number reminder.
2. Call your preferred Campbells Store here.


How do I change my details?
Easy, you can update your email, phone number, address and password in the My Account Tab. Simply view profile, update the relevant fields and press save.

Fields crucial to your individual account are locked for privacy. If you wish to change these, please contact your preferred store here to request for changes.


ORDERING

Is there a minimum order value?
Please contact your local store to get a quote on minimum orders. The friendly store managers are always happy to work out a deal that suits your needs.

How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation email to verify your order has been received.

Can I change my order?
You will need to contact the store to amend your order.

Why does my order invoice show a different price to the summary?
The order summary tells you what you have ordered, however in some instances it can't calculate the absolute cost (if you have ordered a random weight item like bacon, for example). In this case, it will show your order but leave the cost of this item until invoicing when the correct amount calculated.

Did you know that you can schedule repeat orders?
You can schedule repeat orders for products when you sign up for a credit account with Campbells. When you place your order, you'll be prompted to create a "Repeat Order" during checkout. Pick the day, date and frequency that work best for your business. We'll send you an email to confirm prior to fulfilment. If anything changes, it's easy to change your repeat order schedule.


DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We have stores in the metro area as well as in rural areas, so it depends where your closest store is and size of your order (6 bottles or 6 pallets)! It's best to contact your local store here for an accurate estimation.

Don't forget you can always speak to the store manager about customised deals to suit your needs.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
You can also pay in store (select Click & Collect when ordering online) with the above cards or in cash.
